What You will Do

In this role, you will:

Oversee day-to-day production operations (SMT, through-hole, testing, final assembly).

Manage production activities, including planning, scheduling and controlling to meet quality standards.

Lead and mentor the production engineering team to hit delivery and quality targets.

Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain management from procurement to final dispatch.

Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions.

Provide on-site support for customer-specific requirements.

Provide training to junior engineers on electronics engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product knowledge.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards, ESD requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to carry out inspections and actively participate in product testing.

Maintain accurate documentation, work instructions, and production records.

What We are Looking For

Hands-on expertise in supply chain and testing.

Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes and wiring standards.

Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, and test methods.

Experience with ISO 9001 is a plus.

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
