Hardware Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware products from concept to production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Lead initial hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvements, optimize product performance, and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve design processes, tools, and workflows.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of complex problems using logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

• Create schematics, guide PCB layout teams, and oversee end-to-end hardware validation.
  
• Prepare and maintain all technical documentation required for manufacturing and stakeholder release.
  
• Optimise existing circuits or design new ones to enhance performance and reduce cost where possible.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience in PCB designing and development.
  
• Practical experience using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  
• Working knowledge of Linux, Embedded C, bare-metal programming, and familiarity with Windows environments.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document and present technical information clearly.
