Job Description

Role Overview: As a Production Engineer in the medical device manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for working on anesthesia machines and ICU ventilators. Your role will involve collaborating with various engineering disciplines to improve equipment maintenance, breakdown, and enhancement activities. You will also be required to analyze the production process and implement lean manufacturing techniques for efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering teams to enhance product quality and manufacturability. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in this role. Providing leadership, training, and mentorship to junior team members will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment maintenance and improvement - Implement lean manufacturing techniques for process efficiency - Work with Quality and Supply Chain to enhance product quality - Collaborate with Design Engineering to improve manufacturability - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior team members Qualification Required: - Three years of experience with a diploma in electronics or B.Tech in ECE - Familiarity with electronics circuits and troubleshooting - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
