Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day production activities.
· Monitor production metrics (output, downtime, quality) and implement improvements.
· Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
· Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and coordinate maintenance when needed.
· Work closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
· Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste, cost, and cycle time.
· Prepare and maintain production documentation, reports, and logs.
· Train and guide shop floor staff and operators on processes and safety practices.
· Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
· Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
