Operate, monitor, and optimize injection moulding machines to achieve production targets.
Set up moulds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure proper start-up and shutdown procedures.
Troubleshoot machine, mould, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor production quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with product specifications.
Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards in the production area.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and lower costs.
Maintain accurate documentation of production parameters, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Train and guide machine operators and shop floor staff.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, tooling, and processes (Milacron/Haitan/JSW).
Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of plastics materials and their processing behaviour.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and 5S practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Hands-on experience in machine setup, parameter setting, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in household plastic manufacturing companies.
