Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer orders, forecasts, and internal goals.
Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to plans, adjusting schedules as necessary due to delays, equipment failure, or material shortages.
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and production teams to ensure material availability and workflow efficiency.
Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production capacity.
Maintain accurate production records and reporting tools (ERP/MRP systems).
Participate in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure output meets company and customer standards.
Prepare regular reports on production status, capacity utilization, and delivery timelines for management.
Support budgeting and cost control efforts related to production activities.
Bachelors degree, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations control (House Hold Article manufacturing environment preferred).
Proficiency in SAP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
