Execute daily and weekly production as per the plan and client delivery schedule Oversee fabrication processes like cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, and assembly to ensure quality and accuracy. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, consumables, and manpower. Maintain product quality as per QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and reduce Supervise and guide production operators, welders, fitters, and helpers. Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated. Coordinate with design, planning, purchase, and QA/QC departments for smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain workplace discipline.
