Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives. You will act as the primary bridge between business goals and technical execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role is not just to manage tasks, but to lead people and navigate risks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:

  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.

• Resource Management:

  Estimate and acquire the resources (people, budget, and tools) needed to achieve project goals.

• Project Lifecycle Management:

  Lead the project through all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control, and Closing.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Serve as the central point of contact. Provide regular, transparent status reports and lead stakeholder meetings to align expectations.

• Risk Mitigation:

  Proactively identify potential "bottlenecks" or risks and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track.

• Team Leadership:

  Foster a collaborative environment. Mentor team members and resolve conflicts to maintain high morale and productivity.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards and undergo proper testing or review before delivery.

Shift Timing (Rotational):

1st Shift: 6.00AM to 1.30PM

2nd Shift: 1.30PM to 8.45PM
