Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production processes for luxury athleisure collections, ensuring premium quality and timely delivery.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready specifications in collaboration with designers and tech pack teams.
• Source and coordinate with fabric mills, trim suppliers, and manufacturing units to meet brand standards.
• Monitor sampling, fittings, and bulk production to ensure design integrity and quality control.
• Implement efficient production workflows and cost-optimization strategies without compromising quality.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve production challenges and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Stay updated on innovations in fabrics, finishes, and sustainable production methods relevant to athleisure and luxury fashion.
• Maintain detailed production documentation, timelines, and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in production management/design within luxury fashion, sportswear, or athleisure.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and finishing techniques.
• Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines.
