Production Department

As a CNC Machine Shop Supervisor/Manager in the Production Department at Lubi Group of Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the plant. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime. - Optimizing cycle-time through effective programming techniques. - Demonstrating experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and utilizing quality tools for continuous improvement. - Implementing strategies for reducing insert and tool costs. - Utilizing knowledge of instruments, gauges, and calibration methods to maintain precision in operations. - Ensuring the safety of both personnel and machinery within the plant. - Managing a variety of CNC machines such as lathes, VMCs, or HMCs. - Planning production schedules and balancing loads to prevent shortages. - Efficiently handling manpower to enhance overall productivity. - Conducting time-study and work-study projects to enhance productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering. - 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
