Production Department

You will be responsible for overseeing the CNC Machine Shop operations in the Production Department at Lubi Group of Industries in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve coordinating with the maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum uptime. You will focus on optimizing cycle times through programming and implementing quality management systems and tools. Additionally, you will work on reducing insert and tool costs, ensuring safety protocols for both personnel and equipment, and managing production planning and load balancing to prevent shortages.
