Industrial and CBS Sales Department

You will be joining the Industrial and CBS Sales Department at Lubi, a leading provider of pumping solutions with over 50 years of experience and expertise. As a Sr. Sales Engineer / Asst. Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in various industries, such as Valves, Solar, EV Solutions, and Fire & Electrical Panels. Your responsibilities will include overseeing commercial and building sector sales and marketing, securing approvals from key stakeholders, managing dealers and distributors, devising and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, representing the company at exhibitions, and contributing to business development in the CBS & industrial segments. We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor of engineering in any field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales & marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent multitasking abilities, strong teamwork skills, a results-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills to foster relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
