Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Communication:Create and distribute daily/weekly schedules, manage the booking of resources, and act as a central point of communication for the production team.
• Logistics and Resources:Order and manage supplies, equipment, and personnel, ensuring everyone has what they need to work effectively.
• Budget and Documentation:Track project spending, complete and file paperwork, process invoices, and ensure all deliverables and contracts are properly documented.
• Asset and Information Management:For media and VFX, this includes tracking the movement of assets through the production pipeline, distributing artwork, and updating production databases with current status.
• Problem-Solving and Support:Identify and resolve issues that arise during production, and provide administrative support to the production team.

• Organizational & Time Management:Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relay information between team members, departments, and clients.
• Adaptability:Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing project needs.
• Industry Knowledge:Understanding of the specific production process within the relevant industry, whether it's film, manufacturing, or events.
• Financial Acumen:Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Pay: ₹10,778.26 - ₹32,262.09 per month
