We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the production team in meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules
Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and reports
Assist in budget management and cost tracking for projects
Support the production team in achieving project goals and objectives

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Production Management, Engineering, Business Administration)
1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
