*Urgent job opening for the position PRODUCTION CHEMIST for one of the manufacturing company of API INTERMEDIATES* Qualification: B.sc/M.sc EXPERIENCE : 2-4yrs  CTC: UPTO 3.5LPA LOCATION: CHEGUNTA(MEDAK) MALE prefferd : Free transport provided from (Suchitra) location  Subsidized canteen facility  Subsidized Medical facility Responsibility: Observation and operation of general manufacturing practices as lay down in manufacturing procedures. To follow the cGMP , Safety Norms and adhere with company policy. Initiation, completion and filling of batch production records. Performing the manufacturing operations according to the written procedures. Gaining knowledge of various SOPs in the production. Ensuring the cleanliness of the manufacturing equipment as mentioned in the Batch Production Record. Supervise the charging operations following the written procedures. Enter the details of equipment usage maintenance and cleaning in the equipment logbook. Maintenance of the status board to know the current position of a batch or material from time to time. Assessment of the product spillage area as per the written procedure. Use safety equipment properly and maintain it. Storage of raw materials in processing areas for control of certain commonly used raw materials. Maintenance of Hose pipes which are used in transfer of materials. Monitoring of clean room for air pressure and particle count in the clean room areas.                                                                                                                                                                              Monitoring of temperature and relative humidity records in the required areas. Attending training programs as per the schedules provided. Following the compliance of SOPs and cGMP during Batch operations Follow the sampling procedure while sample sending to quality control department. Reporting to the Executive/Block In-charge/Designee and performing any other assignment delegated from time to time. Any other assignment allocated by the Department head.
