Job allocation to the workers and Machines.
Machine management (No ideal time).
Preparation of BMR & BPR.
Co-ordinate for BMR & BPR with QA Dept
Co-ordinate with Store for raw material & packing material dispensing
Review of work allocation completion of work in time
To maintain quality standard in daily activity.
Updating of status board in manufacturing plant and packing line.
Labeling planning wherever required.
Training of operator and workers.
Consumable usage and cost control
Managing packing line supervisors.
Preparation and distribution of finish goods transfer note.
Documentation of require logbook and reports.
Provide information to Qc department and retrieve result
