Production Chemist

• Production oversight: Ability to supervise and coordinate the entire production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Quality and compliance: Strong knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and other relevant compliance requirements.
• Formulation: Experience in developing and improving cosmetic product formulations.
• Quality Control (QC): Proficiency in laboratory software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for testing and data analysis.
• Technical skills: Experience with processes like color matching, batch processing, and potentially research on areas like nanotechnology in cosmetics.
• R&D: For R&D roles, a background in research, innovation, and data control is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for testing and quality control.
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO standards).
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with R&D, quality control, and production teams
