The Production Chemist will oversee day-to-day chemical manufacturing processes, conduct quality control tests, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols. Responsibilities include supporting research and development (R&D) activities, evaluating the efficiency of chemical formulations, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Skills for handling equipment and performing experiments Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data and interpreting results accurately Experience in Quality Control and a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) processes and formulation development Attention to detail and ability to adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
