Production Chemist

As a Production Chemist at our WHO-GMP Pharma Factory, you will play a crucial role in managing the production processes of tablet medicines to ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the production of tablet pharmaceutical products. - Ensure all tablet products meet quality standards and GMP guidelines. - Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of production activities and batch documentation. - Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tablet production equipment. - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. - Work closely with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a production chemist role within the pharmaceutical industry. - Skills: Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and quality assurance principles, proficient in using production equipment, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Personal Traits: Detail-oriented and organized, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, self-motivated and proactive in identifying improvements.
