Job Description

Role Overview

The Production Assistant will support day-to-day manufacturing, fabrication, and packing activities in a solar industry setup. The role includes ensuring quality standards, maintaining records, and coordinating with relevant teams to achieve production and dispatch targets. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily fabrication and packing operations on the shop floor.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Maintain accurate material and production records.
Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to meeting dispatch targets.
Support shop floor discipline and smooth workflow within the production area.

Candidate Profile

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is preferred.
Willingness to work in a disciplined, target-oriented production environment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
