Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily fabrication and packing operations to meet production targets.
Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to production schedules.
Maintain accurate records of materials used, production output, and inventory.
Enforce shop floor discipline and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with the Sales team to manage dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor and support dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
Identify and report any production or quality issues to supervisors for corrective action.
