Production Assistant

Role Summary

The Production Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting in production planning, material handling, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role ensures smooth workflow in the production department and timely completion of production targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support

• Assist in day-to-day production activities in the production department .
• Support machine operators with material feeding, setup assistance, and basic machine handling.
• Monitor production processes and report deviations or delays to supervisors.

Quality & Inspection

• Conduct basic quality checks on products according to SOPs.
• Record defects or non-conformance and report to the quality team.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily production logs, attendance sheets, and material usage records.
• Update production status and submit reports to supervisors.

Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to operate simple machines and tools.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
