Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support various production activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly line processes by preparing materials and components for production.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Support forklift operations as needed, ensuring safe handling of materials within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working in the manufacturing facility.

Experience

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with assembly processes in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in operating machinery and tools.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely is required.
