Production Assistant

You are a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant joining a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your role involves supporting various production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. A strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate within a team are essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include assisting in assembly line processes by preparing materials and components for production. You will operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Supporting forklift operations as needed to ensure safe handling of materials within the facility is also part of your role. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace is crucial to promote a safe working environment. Collaboration with team members to meet production goals and deadlines is key. You will also conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors, and follow all safety protocols and procedures within the manufacturing facility. While previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with assembly processes in a manufacturing setting is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge, especially in operating machinery and tools, is a plus. Experience in using hand tools and power tools safely is required.
