Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the production process, operating machinery, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring the quality of finished products. Your contribution will be essential in meeting production goals in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery. - Assemble, package, and label products according to quality standards. - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control guidelines. - Work on various production lines performing tasks such as sorting, organizing, and packing. - Maintain cleanliness in the work environment, including equipment and workstations. - Follow production schedules diligently to meet daily output goals. - Assist in inventory management and stocking raw materials as required. - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
