Process Engineering with over 8 to 10 years of experience in Sheetmetal, process engineering. Proficient in engineering drawing analysis, SAP documentation management, and BOM creation tailored for manufacturing processes. Skilled in time and cost estimation, DFM, Tooling selection, and setup time reduction initiatives. Strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in Sheet metal with a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency.Bottom of Form

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Drawing reading: Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings with GD&T to full fill feasibility of manufacturing
• Usage and creation of Control Plan, PFMEA, Inspection report.
• Gigs and Fixture concept design for easy part manufacturing and development.
• Manpower utilisation in production, shift management, training to employees
• Coordination between Engineering , Quality
• SAP Documentation Management: Manage and upload all production and process documentation in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM) specific to each manufacturing process stage.
• Data Analysis: Download and analyse SAP data to compare planned vs. actual process and setup times, driving insights for performance optimization.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for setup time reduction and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Cost & Time Estimation: Provide accurate cost and time estimates for various sheet metal processes, supporting strategic decision-making

Knowledge and Skills

• Process Engineering Expertise: Proficient in component development and process engineering, with hands-on experience in optimizing production workflows.
• Gigs and Fixture concept for sheet metal part development
• Knowledge on Welding process T joint, Butt Joint, Corner Joint
• Welding Qualification is added advantage.
• SAP Proficiency: Extensive experience in SAP, particularly in the PP module, with capabilities in documentation, data extraction, BOM creation, and performance analysis.
• Sheetmetal Machining Knowledge: Familiarity with various sheet metal machines like Laser cutting, CNC Bending Tig welding, Mig welding ,Laser Welding ,supporting effective process planning and execution.
• Concept of Designing CNC bending tool and selection.
• Continuous Learning: Strong ability to adapt to new requirements and continuously improve skillsets to meet evolving project demands.

• Qualifications / Experience:

• Diploma / BE or related field.
• Minimum of 8 to 18 years of experience in process engineering in Sheet metal.
