Production and Operation Executive

Job Description

Industry: Textile Manufacturing Experience: 3 years and above Oversee entire production cycle from sampling to final dispatch. Ensure timely execution of production as per order timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external job workers for timely production and delivery. Maintain Quality Control by conducting quality checks at every stage to maintain product standards. Monitor inventory levels of yarn, elastics, labels, packaging, and other raw materials. Raise timely reorder requirements to ensure no production halts due to shortages. Monitor wastage and implement control measures to reduce production loss. Maintain daily production reports and align actual output vs. planned output. Handle vendor and job-worker follow-ups for dyeing, washing, printing, etc., ensuring timely deliveries. Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatches and order closures. Ensure all samples, client approvals, and changes are tracked and executed properly. Report progress and critical issues directly to the company owner or senior management.
