Role and Responsibilities


  • Planning the production based on the Sales forecasted requirement and production target set and availability of materials.
  • Plan based on Production capacity which based on manufacturing time.
  • Planning the material required for production based on Production plan and month forecast.
  • Releasing purchase order to vendors as per material requirement 
  • Delivery of right quantity material at the right time with communicating vendor
  • To maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain purchase order reports.
  • Rescheduling for backdated purchase order in SAP
  • Month forecast scheduling to vendor.
  • Timely clearance of rejection online
  • Visit to vendors for critical issues to avoid stoppage of line.
  • Inventory Analysis and Inventory Projections
