Product Video Marketing Strategist

For the Ex-Founder or B2B Marketer who loves tearing down SaaS products and rebuilding them as stories.

The Opportunity:

We are What a Story, the strategic video partner for the world's leading b2b tech brands (HighRadius, Zoho, Uber) and 650+ innovative startups. We don't just make "videos." We build high-performance assets that help founders raise capital, close enterprise deals, and launch products.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist to join our core team in Indore.

This role is NOT for:

❌ A generic copywriter who needs to be spoon-fed information.

❌ Someone who thinks "AI" is a dirty word.

❌ Someone who finds B2B software "boring."

This role IS for you if:

✅ You check Product Hunt with your morning coffee.

✅ You’ve built (or tried to build) a SaaS product and know the pain of finding product-market fit.

✅ You understand that a script isn't just words; it's a sales argument.

✅ You know how to use AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up research, but use your human brain to add the strategy and soul.

What You Will Do (The Mission):

• Lead the Strategy: You will act as a strategic partner to Founders and CMOs, extracting their value proposition and pitching your creative concepts. You must be confident on camera to present and defend your creative choices respectfully.
• Write & Direct: You will take a complex DevTool, Fintech, or AI platform and break it down into a simple, compelling 60-second narrative/script and work with our designers/animators to ensure the visual execution aligns with the business goal.
• Master the UI: You will dive into the client's software (Figma/Sandbox), figure out how it works, and decide which features deserve the spotlight.

The "DNA" We Are Looking For:

You don't need a specific degree, but you must have 2+ of the following:

1. Ex-Founder Experience: You’ve pitched investors or sold a product before.
2. B2B Marketing Chops: You know the difference between "Inbound" and "Outbound" and why it matters for a video.
3. UX/Product Sense: You can look at a dashboard and instantly know what the most important button is.
4. Agency/Production Experience: You know how to get a creative project across the finish line.
5. The "Rapid Researcher": You are the person who Googles everything. You can jump into a complex industry (like Cybersecurity or Fintech), read three articles, play with the tool, and understand the basics in an afternoon.
