Product Validation Engineer

As a Product Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and validating next-generation EDA tools. Your role will involve working with HDL-based design environments such as Verilog/VHDL, scripting automation, and cloud platforms to ensure the accuracy, performance, and reliability of cutting-edge products developed by the organization. You will be expected to develop and execute test plans for chip design tools and workflows, create HDL designs of varying complexities to validate different constructs, and conduct testing of multiple features both in isolation and in integration with other components. Automation of testing using scripting languages like Python, Tcl, and Bash will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing chip design flows and evaluating performance on cloud-based platforms. Collaborating with R&D teams to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance product functionality will also be essential, along with assisting in customer solution development and creating methodology documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, along with 2-5 years of experience in digital design, validation, or EDA tool testing. Strong knowledge of HDLs (Verilog or VHDL), proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl, Bash, Python), and an understanding of digital circuits and semiconductor workflows are required. Experience with EDA tool testing (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be advantageous. You should be self-driven, eager to learn new technologies, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
