Product Trainer for Home Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on home loan products, ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing various training methods such as workshops, presentations, and e-learning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery.
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new product features and updates, ensuring that training content reflects the latest offerings.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales staff, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in selling home loan products.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to report to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the financial services or home loans sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
• Proven experience in product development and a solid understanding of home loan products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms and presentation software.
