Title: Associate Senior Executive / Senior Executive
Required Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Objective: Objective of this role is to improve product adoption and usage by setting up product training for the paid clients (recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs).
Job Description:
making outbound calls to the recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs of the paid clients to convince & schedule online training slots for them
Understanding their hiring outlook & accordingly pitching the right training module
ensuring that all the clients and users are being trained on Naukri services
Ensuring effective usage of Naukri services at the client's end by scheduling training at regular intervals
Handling client objections effectively & diverting them to the concerned department or team
ensuring that the trainers' time slots are being booked as per clients’ training needs and availability
Required Skills:
excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Desired Skills:
Candidates with prior experience in client handling / BPO Voice process will be preferred
Candidates with an exposure to MS Office and the Internet would be given preference
