Job Title: Product Technical Specialist – SaaS Onboarding (YBES)

YBES is a next-generation AI based SaaS platform that helps businesses automate marketing campaigns, manage promotions, loyalty programs, and gain deep customer insights — all from a single dashboard.

We’re in our growth phase, helping retail and B2C brands scale their marketing with smart automation and data-driven engagement.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Technical Specialist to own the onboarding and implementation process for new customers.

You’ll bridge the gap between our product and clients — ensuring they get maximum value from YBES by setting up their accounts, automating campaigns, integrating data sources, and configuring workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, product setup, and customer enablement in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers: setup, configuration, integrations, and first-campaign activation.
  • Understand customer business goals and translate them into product workflows within YBES.
  • Configure automation templates, loyalty programs, and promotional workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, data sync, or platform setup.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Gather user feedback during onboarding and share insights with the product team for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed onboarding documentation and contribute to help guides / knowledge base.
  • Ensure customer product success by regularly monitoring customer usage and resolving any product-related technical issues they face.
  • Ensure proper product usage training is provided to newly added customers through demos, walkthroughs, and guided sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product onboarding, or technical support roles.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or campaign platforms.
  • Familiar with APIs, data mapping, and integrations (bonus: experience with tools like Zapier, Postman, or Make).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Hands-on mindset — loves solving customer problems and fine-tuning workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, webhooks, or JSON is a plus.
