Job Description

What you will be doing

You will be involved at all the stages of Product after the requirements are finalized
You must have demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver technical training programs utilizing skills in instructional design and assessment, program design & development, and training methodologies.
You should have a strong technology, design and coding foundation in internet and mobile technologies.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and must be able to collaborate with both internal and external stake holders.
You will conduct regular assessment of stakeholder satisfaction through surveys, identify areas of concern and formulate action plans to help grow and achieve the training objectives.
Your will continuously learn and adopt Tagit s technical products and coupled with the passion to keep up with emerging technologies in the industry
You will be working in a fast-paced, often unstructured environment and must be able to handle ambiguity.

What you will bring along

3+ years of experience in IT Technical Mentoring/Training including leading a team of trainers, Interactive video makers from Knowledge spreading aspects and technical content writers
University degree BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in computer education from reputed university
Good working experience in Mobile and Java server-side technology stack including Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, etc., and
Cloud Technologies including AWS, Kubernettes, Dockers, etc.,
Understanding of low code development platforms is desirable
