Product Support Engineer

As a Product Support Engineer at Renishaw in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining our range of analytical Raman spectroscopy equipment. Your role will involve providing technical support, advice, and service to ensure customer satisfaction, encompassing tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair of Renishaw's spectroscopy products. To excel in this position, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3-8 years of experience in Raman Spectroscopy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Raman spectroscopy, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for assisting customers in achieving their objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Raman spectroscopy products. - Assist customers in the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment. - Conduct training sessions and webinars for both customers and internal teams. - Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance product performance and address customer feedback. - Develop and update technical documentation and user manuals. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Raman spectroscopy and related technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communications, Instrumentation Technology, or a related field, or M.Sc./Ph.D. with a strong analytical instrumentation background. - Demonstrated experience in Raman spectroscopy and associated techniques. - Proficiency in data analysis software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
