Gauging Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Renishaw’s gauging product line through a blend of technical expertise and business development acumen.

The ideal candidate will bring deep metrology knowledge, hands-on CMM application experience, multi gauge experience and a passion for customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and demonstrations of Renishaw’s gauging solutions to prospective and existing clients
• Programming expertise with a preference for experience on

  Zeiss, Hexagon, and Mitutoyo

  platforms
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to develop robust gauging strategies
• Compete with

  multi-gauging

  solutions tailored to customer requirements with Renishaw versatile gauging solutions
• Supporting regional team in Project lead, DAP with integrators and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gauging solutions with

  automation systems

• Support the

  business development

  team by identifying opportunities, conducting technical presentations, and contributing to proposal development
• Provide post-deployment support and feedback to refine product offerings and customer experience

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in

  metrology

  and dimensional inspection techniques
• Proficiency in

  CMM programming and application engineering (Zeiss, Hexagon & Mitutoyo)

• Working knowledge of

  multi-gauging systems

  and

  GR&R methodologies

• Ability to read and interpret complex

  engineering drawings

• Exposure to

  automation

  and integration with gauging systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset
