About Role:

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that plays a key part in the successful re-implementation of our product for customers. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build strong functional and analytical skills while learning how enterprise SaaS implementations are managed. The role offers exposure to agile project execution, ownership of configuration tasks, and a chance to directly impact customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Primarily, added to the re-implementation projects to handle the configuration, testing and validation phases.
• Own the tasks for configuration of plans, reports, workflows, etc.
• Execute those tasks in a timely manner based on the solution design shared with them by the project owner.
• Will be part of weekly sprints and the tasks will be prioritised based on project commitments.
• Should capture the efforts spent for each task and submit timesheets for each week.

Qualification

• Freshers with an educational background of computer technology / information technology.
• B.Sc/BCA/MCA/M.Sc Graduates related to Computer Technology / Information Technology / Computer engineering / Data science / Data analytics. (2024 & 2025 Passed outs only)
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel / GSheets).
• Knowledge of agile project management is a plus.

3. Candidates who clear the test will go through a

   Communication Screening round

   via Zoom.
4. Shortlisted candidates will attend

   two technical interviews

Eligibility Criteria

• Score: 7 CGPA or 70% & Above.
• Degree & Dept:B.Sc, M.Sc (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI) & BCA/MCA or Any computer Related Course.
