Job Description

Responsibilities: Owning client/customer integrations end to end. Interact with Tech teams of other businesses, educating about our APIs and integration approaches. Develop client sample solutions with the help of the tech team to accelerate integrations. Understand existing offerings at implementation level ( Mainly in JavaScript and JAVA). Update documentation with new feature rollouts. Assisting On-premise software deployments and basic dev-ops tasks. Travel if needed. Debug customer issues, resolve and escalate. Requirements: Experience suitable to above mentioned requirements (1+ years). Experience with (at least basic level) any of JAVA based RESTful web frameworks, JavaScript, HTML5. Elementary experience .Net, Node JS, Python and other server side languages is a big plus. Good communication skills. Good debugging and reverse engineering skills. Ready to take large responsibility of becoming the tech bridge between Digio and Customers including giants businesses. Someone who enjoys educating others and enjoys dealing with unknown technical issues. Passionate about working on fundamental real life problems at scale. Well suited for a fast paced, dynamic early stage startup environment. Passionate to explore, learn and work on the technologies out of scope.
