Product Success Engineer

As a Product Success Engineer at AQM Technologies, your role involves supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering product demonstrations. You will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and company capabilities. - Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer requirements and business needs - Recommend suitable IT solutions based on client infrastructure - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts - Develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations - Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment - Address technical queries during the sales cycle - Participate in client meetings, workshops, and site visits - Support contract negotiations with technical clarifications and insights The ideal candidate for this position should have: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience in IT presales, solution consulting, or technical sales - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms - Certifications in technologies like AWS, Azure, Cisco, or VMware are advantageous We are looking for individuals with a customer-centric approach, problem-solving mindset, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
