Product Specialist

• Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned respiratory/dermatology products, therapy areas, clinical data, and competitor landscape.
• Provide scientific support to sales teams and HCPs.
• Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, and promotional guidelines.

Market Implementation

• Support the execution of marketing plans and brand strategies at the field level.
• Conduct product demos, CMEs, workshops, and scientific meetings.
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities and unmet needs.

Sales Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales force to achieve brand targets.
• Conduct joint field work to reinforce messaging and improve HCP engagement.
• Provide product training, refreshers, and onboarding sessions to team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm preferred).
• 57 years of experience in pharma sales, product management, or medical affairspreferably in respiratory or dermatology segments.
• Strong scientific aptitude and communication skills.
