As a Product Specialist in the IT department at our company, your role will be crucial in supporting the product team and ensuring the success of our IT products. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Key Responsibilities:** - Learn the companys IT products thoroughly to become a subject matter expert. - Provide comprehensive product training and onboarding sessions to internal teams and new employees. - Conduct live product demonstrations for clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Develop and update engaging training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, user manuals, and video tutorials. - Conduct regular refresher training sessions for sales, support, and other teams. - Gather feedback from users and team members to enhance product and training strategies. - Assist in addressing product-related queries from the product and customer success teams. - Contribute to documenting FAQs, product updates, and knowledge base articles. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree and MBA with Finance background preferred. - 13 years of experience in product training, financial services, or related fields. - Strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and regulatory environments. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and training tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge in client management. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. - Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning in the tech industry. **Preferred Attributes:** - Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Willingness to occasionally travel for client training or demo sessions.
