The ideal candidate will act as a key link between our product and prospective clients, delivering impactful demo presentations, addressing technical queries, and supporting the sales process with expert insights. This role involves both virtual and in-person demo presentations, so travel to client locations may be required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver live product demonstrations to prospects and clients, both virtually and in-person at client locations. Customize demo presentations based on client needs and pain points. Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor the demo experience accordingly. Answer technical questions during and after demos with a clear understanding of the product architecture and functionalities. Assist in proposal creation and solution presentation post-demo. Gather feedback during demos to relay to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Willingness to travel to client locations to conduct in-person demos as needed. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements. Maintain demo environments and ensure readiness for presentations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or product demo roles. Experience working as a Functional Business Analyst. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
