Product Sourcing Specialist

In your role as a Product Sourcing Specialist at Calibre Collective Commodities Private Limited, you will be responsible for sourcing a diverse range of products, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement process. This full-time hybrid role based in Chennai offers you the flexibility of some work from home options. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing a wide range of products from categories such as building materials, steel/aluminum, wood/furniture, paper products, food products, and consumer goods - Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the company - Efficiently managing the procurement process to meet the company's needs - Utilizing your analytical skills to make well-informed sourcing decisions - Effectively communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders - Demonstrating strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in all aspects of product sourcing - Collaborating with team members to achieve common sourcing goals The qualifications required for this role are: - Possession of analytical skills and effective communication abilities to excel in product sourcing - Previous experience in contract negotiation and procurement is highly desired - Recruiting skills to identify and onboard potential suppliers - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to navigate sourcing challenges - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment - Experience in international sourcing and logistics would be advantageous - Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field for this role,
