🌱 Product Sourcing & Development Specialist - VH1BE (Part of 528 Group Limited) 🌱 Are you passionate about bringing products to life? Do you have a keen eye for research, pricing, and product sourcing? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Sourcing & Development Specialist to join the vh1be team and help us expand our product range through white-label nutraceuticals and health products. 💡 What You’ll Do: Take our catalogues, contacts, and products sourced from trade shows and conduct thorough market research to assess demand, pricing, and ingredient analysis. Identify and source products under the vh1be brand for the best price and delivery time from our existing suppliers and other potential suppliers worldwide, with a specific focus on sourcing from local markets in the UK, EU, and USA. Work closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to finalize product designs, specifications, and pricing. Oversee the development of products using our existing artwork and ensure accuracy in branding and specifications. Manage supplier communication, negotiate pricing, and track product development timelines. Utilize our internal systems to oversee labelling, barcoding, and warehousing specifications. Upload and manage product listings on our website (www.vh1be.com) and across other platforms as needed. Collaborate with our creative team to ensure consistency in branding and labelling. Conduct ongoing product analysis and research to stay ahead of market trends and consumer demand. 📦 What We’re Looking For: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. AI proficiency for product research and analysis. Experience in sourcing nutraceuticals and health products is a plus but not required. Accuracy, speed, and a passion for product development and sourcing. Interest in the health and wellness industry. 💻 Working Hours & Compensation: This role can be either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and experience.
