Job Description

Manager Project Management/ Product Portfolio (Finished Dosages)

Drive project planning and execution in alignment with company goals and timelines.
Collaborate across departments (R&D, Plant, QA/QC, BD, Regulatory, Analytical, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth progress and delivery.
Track milestones using project management tools (MS Project, CCPM, Gantt charts).
Identify project risks, manage issues proactively, and implement mitigation plans.
Facilitate effective communication, build consensus, and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and reporting; prepare closure reports and lessons learned documentation.
Understand technical and regulatory requirements to support decision-making for India and overseas markets.

What We are Looking For:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agility and adaptability to changing business priorities.
Analytical mindset with risk identification and mitigation clarity.
Experience with pharmaceutical development or manufacturing projects preferred.
Proficiency in MS Project and related PM tools.
