As a Senior Associate in the IR Ops team, your role will involve overseeing and leading the delivery of IR Ops Processing services. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate trade processing, review, and reporting in accordance with established work practices and procedures. Additionally, you will engage in projects within your team and the IR Ops department, collaborating with other business groups across JPMorgan. This position offers you the opportunity to build relationships as a subject matter and system user expert, contributing to the strategic agenda of the IR Ops and AFS leadership teams. - Provide oversight and leadership for the delivery of IR Ops Processing services, including: - Input, maintenance, and accuracy of financial and non-financial data for clients across AFS - Ensuring accurate trade processing, review, and reporting in accordance with established work practices and procedures - Maintaining and enforcing the highest individual and team standards for quality assurance - Allocating resources effectively during peak and non-peak work cycles - Building relationships with other business groups across JPMorgan - Following established processes and procedures - Engage in projects within your team and the IR Ops department, including system testing, identifying and actioning priority items, resolving aged items, and maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures as required.
