Your main responsibility as a Senior Associate in the IR Ops team will be to oversee and lead the delivery of IR Ops Processing services. You will be accountable for ensuring accurate trade processing, review, and reporting in compliance with established work practices and procedures. Additionally, you will actively participate in various projects within your team and the IR Ops department, fostering collaboration with different business units across JPMorgan. This role not only allows you to build relationships as a subject matter and system user expert but also enables you to contribute to the strategic agenda of the IR Ops and AFS leadership teams. Your key responsibilities will include providing oversight and leadership for the delivery of IR Ops Processing services, maintaining accuracy of financial and non-financial data for clients across AFS, ensuring precise trade processing, review, and reporting, and upholding the highest standards for quality assurance within the team. You will also be responsible for allocating resources effectively, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), and engaging in projects within your team and the IR Ops department. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 9 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically with prior experience in alternative funds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel (vlookups, etc.), and Outlook is essential. Preferred qualifications and skills include being a team player with a professional and proactive approach to work, possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrating the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
