Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will actively manage and grow our online presence, generate traffic, and support brand growth through performance-driven digital marketing activities. The role requires hands-on execution and daily involvement in campaigns and content. Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)Plan and execute daily digital marketing activities across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, captions, banners, and reels. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, and ROAS on a daily basis. Manage social media posting schedules and ensure regular engagement. Improve website traffic through basic SEO practices and campaign landing pages. Track leads, sales, and customer behavior and share daily/weekly performance updates. Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior to improve marketing effectiveness. Support brand visibility initiatives and help scale the company’s digital presence. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Basic understanding of ecommerce or brand marketing. Ability to analyze data and improve performance. Execution-oriented mindset with a focus on results. What We ExpectOwnership of marketing tasks from execution to reporting.
