Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Field Marketing professional who will be based in our office and take complete ownership of field marketing operations. The role involves managing field marketing agents, assigning daily targets, ensuring execution on the ground, and driving business growth and market expansion. The objective is to increase store-level penetration and ensure consistent purchase of our products across markets. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate field marketing agents on a daily basis. Assign territories, stores, and daily/weekly targets to field teams. Track field activity, follow-ups, and ensure tasks are completed on time. Ensure store visits convert into orders and repeat purchases. Build relationships with retailers and distributors to grow market presence. Monitor performance of each field agent and share regular reports. Identify new markets, stores, and expansion opportunities. Work closely with sales, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and demand trends. Ensure brand visibility and proper product representation in stores. RequirementsExperience in field marketing / channel sales / trade marketing preferred. Strong coordination, follow-up, and people management skills. Ability to drive execution and close tasks through field teams. Result-oriented mindset with focus on market expansion and revenue growth. Comfortable working from office while managing on-ground teams.
