About the Role:

Experience:

Principal Software Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

Drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for web/mobile solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Own the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align objectives.
Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Must-Have:

14+ years of experience; 5+ years as a Product Owner in web/mobile software.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in regulated industries
Knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent).
Lean/Build-Measure-Learn mindset.

Education:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
